What does a standard foreign trade contract include?
Subject and specification — detailed description of the goods/services.
Delivery terms — Incoterms 2020 (EXW, FCA, CIF, DAP, etc.).
Price and payment — currency, L/C, SWIFT transfers, late-payment penalties.
Guarantees and claims — time limits, claims procedure.
Force majeure — ICC Force Majeure Clause 2020.
Dispute resolution — arbitration under ICC, GAFTA, or ICAC.
